Delivery
So you've chosen your brand new swimwear and you want it straight away - we totally get it!
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. All orders are completely trackable, so you can keep a close eye on when its due to arrive. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post, however we normally allow 5-10 working days to most locations in Australia.
Australian orders over $55 qualify for free shipping, all other orders are charged at a flat rate of $8.95.
What about shipping overseas you ask? We sure do! Our mission at FreeStyle Swimwear is to share Australia’s amazing swimwear with the rest of the world, so go ahead and order your fabulous Australian Made Swimwear today!
Returns and Exchanges
Here at FreeStyle Swimwear we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, we are always happy to try and resolve the issue.

Our returns policy is for a 30 day period. If you contact us outside this timeframe we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Complete the Returns form in the Returns section of the website
- Items of clothing or swimwear must have all tags, labels and hygiene protectors in place
- Items of clothing or swimwear must not have been worn, washed or damaged
- Other items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject the return of goods if they are not in accordance with our returns policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 working days.

Unless the item/s is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
